IIFL Home Loan Sanction Letters Distributed to BLC-PMAY(U) Beneficiaries
Tanuku: IIFL HFL, India’s fastest growing digital real estate finance company, has distributed sanction letters to beneficiaries of BLC-PMAY (U) (Beneficiary Led Construction-Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana -Urban), solving the housing problem for families. The IIFL home loan sanction letters were handed over by Cherukuvada Sri Ranganadha Raju, the Honorable Minister of Housing of Andhra Pradesh. IIFL HFL has already disbursed over Rs 4,400 cr in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana state, till March 31, 2022.
The home loan sanction letters were handed over at a meeting organized by the Andhra Pradesh Ministry of Housing. The beneficiaries of the BLC were informed about the various initiatives through which the state government addresses the housing problem and the incentives associated with the BLC.
Prior to the event, IIFL HFL representatives visited four villages, Kaviti, Achanta, Penugonda, Marteru to explain the benefits and educate them on proper documentation. IIFL HFL will support beneficiaries by providing loan of up to Rs 3 lakh under PMAY and financial inclusion.
Speaking at the landmark achievement, Mr. Monu Ratra – ED and CEO of IIFL Home Finance said, “It is a great honor for us to lend our support to the Ministry of Housing of Andhra Pradesh to achieve the goal of providing affordable housing. We already have 50 operational branches in the state. We focus on advanced technology that allows us to personalize products, facilitate the process and encourage our customers. We plan to support as many families as possible through this initiative in Andhra Pradesh. We are seeking more such opportunities from various state governments to achieve the national goal of “housing for all” in the future.
